Child Safety & CSAE Policy
Effective Date: October 18, 2026
Zero Tolerance Policy
At Belclic, we have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. The sharing, distribution, promotion, or uploading of any content that depicts or encourages the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited.
1. How to Report Violations
If you encounter any content or behavior on our platform that you suspect involves the exploitation or abuse of a child, you must report it immediately using one of the following methods:
- In-App Reporting: Use the "Report Content" flag located on every post, message, or user profile. Select "Child Safety/CSAE" as the reason.
- Direct Email: Contact our dedicated Trust & Safety team immediately at info@belclic.com.
Please provide as much context as possible, including usernames, links, and screenshots, to help our team investigate swiftly.
2. Our Response and Actions
Upon receiving a report of potential CSAM or child exploitation, our team will take immediate and decisive action:
- Immediate Removal: The offending content will be hidden and quarantined immediately pending review.
- Account Termination: Any user found violating this policy will have their account permanently banned and all associated data locked.
- Reporting to Authorities: Belclic is legally obligated to and will proactively report all instances of CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement agencies. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Emergency Resources
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or law enforcement agency immediately. You can also report incidents directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline.
